We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with LocalReviews within the first 30 days of your subscription, we'll provide a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account email and subscription details
  3. Provide a brief explanation for your refund request

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for:

  • New subscriptions within 30 days of purchase
  • Annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days
  • Monthly subscriptions cancelled within 30 days of the first payment

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions cancelled after 30 days
  • Partial months or unused portions of subscriptions
  • Third-party service fees (SMS credits, etc.)

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a charge, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues.
